Urban development and management are critically linked with sound, comprehensive strategic planning and regulatory framework. These are mainly related to Urban Planning and Development in the province. In realizing that, the Urban Policy Unit hired the consultancy services of M/s. 4th Dimension Consulting, Kundi & Kundi and PEPAC Ltd. for conducting Assessment and to propose reforms in the Legal,,Regulatory and Institutional Framework for the Urban Management corresponding to the Urban Areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. I shall be leading and supervising this assignment as URBAN DEVELOPMENT EXPERT on behalf of consulting consortia.
